He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Nooy and LaVerda De Nooy (Van Wyk); and his son Eric. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Loren De Nooy (Tara) of Sioux Center and Rindy Veldhuisen (Doug Veldhuisen) of Emo Ontario, Canada.; his grandchildren, Savanna, Wade, Mia, Brielle De Nooy and Lucas Veldhuisen; and his siblings, Dorothy Hiemstra (Stan), Arvin De Nooy (Brenda), Ron De Nooy, Bonnie De Nooy and Carla Nieuwsma (Les).
