She was predeceased by: her parents, John C Klein and Wilhemina Klein (Kraayenbrink); her husband Marion Zevenbergen; and her grandsons, Matthew Zevenbergen and Evan Zevenbergen.

She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Eloise Rylaarsdam (Merwin) of Colleyville, TX and Amy Lowry (Brian) of Spokane, WA; her son Scott Notar; her son-in-law Aaron Rylaarsdam (Aley) of Leander, TX; her grandchildren, Aden, Arie and Austin Rylaarsdam (Ashley) of Rockwall, TX; her great grandchildren, Addy, Annie, Kenneth Zevenbergen (Nancy) of Phoenix, AZ and Malinda Novack (Andrew) of Peoria, AZ; her sister Goldene Wissink (Sherman) of Sioux Center, IA; her sister-in-law Betty Zevenbergen of Sibley, IA; her brother Allen Zevenbergen (Tylene) of Sioux City, IA; and also, Makayla, Ethan, Makenzie, Seth, Grant Zevenbergen (Ashley) of Queen Creek, AZ, Isabella, Carson, Jaxson, Sarah Stussy (Joe) of Phoenix, AZ, Levi, Kaelynn, Brian Zevenbergen (Michele) of Avondale, AZ, Ellie, Micah, Glen Zevenbergen (Lou Ann) of Sioux Falls, SD, Mike Zevenbergen (Kayla) of Urbandale, IA, Brooklyn, Regan, Blaise, Tori, Jacqueline Knips (Dan) of Jackson, MN, Nora, Emma, Dale Zevenbergen (Tammy) of Sioux Center, IA, Jenna Soodsma (Christopher) of Jakarta, Indonesia, Lydia, Kylee, Raya and Braden Zevenbergen of Sioux Center, IA.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers family prefers memorial be directed to the Sioux Center Christian School.
