He is survived by: his wife Cindy Elaine Simmons; his children, Jeannette, Edward, Amber and Beth; his grandchildren, Michael, Beau, Jazlyn, Layla, Toni, Nyomi, AJ and Miles; his great grandchildren, Annabelle and Tre; and his siblings, Sharry, Daryl and Brian.
