She is survived by: her children, Mark Helmers (Denise) of Allendorf, IA and Jerry Helmers (Lindsey) of Melvin, IA; her grandson Matt Helmers (Shelly) of Melvin, IA; her children, Ben Helmers (Jen) of Sibley, IA, Tim Helmers (Jessica) of Sheldon, IA, Patty Wollmuth (Jeremy) of Sibley, IA, Kendall Helmers (Jenna) of Melvin, IA and Allison Schimmer (Nyles) of Hartley, IA; and her sister Sharlene Leith (Don) of Afton, IA.. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
