She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Nielsen and Ruth Nielsen (Smith); her husband Lloyd Carter; and her grandson Julian Hernandez. She is survived by: her children, Randy Mattice (Beatrice), Becky Hogue (Mark), Charlie Mattice (Tammy), Lisa Moyer (Daniel) and Pamela McLaren (Adrian Barlow); her grandchildren, Brandi, Brittany, Shane, Shea, Lance, Brock, Tim, Kynzie, Hailey, Eli, Sage and Jackson; and her great grandchildren, McKennon, Arrow Grace, Lexi, Brezie, Bella, Gabbie and Lincoln.
