It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Swank of Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Blockton, Iowa, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Albert, Sr. and Lula Jane Swank (Supinger); his son William; and his siblings, Annamae Herold, Phyllis Swank and Lyle Swank.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Swank of Shenandoah, IA; his daughter Becky Ashenfelter (Todd) of Shenandoah, IA; his grandson Devon Ashenfelter (Laura) of Omaha, NE; and his siblings, Patty Luke of Platte City, MO and Elmer Swank (Sharon) of Shenandoah, IA. He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
