He was predeceased by: his parents, Gedna Erickson (Barr) and Bob Erickson (Bob); and his grandparents, Carl Edwin, Elizabeth Erickson, W. E. and Grace Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lorensen (Lorensen) of Shenandoah, IA; his daughters, Amy Jo Bruney (Jon) of Fremont, IN, April Lynn McDermott (Patrick) of Madrid, IA and Andrea Lee Finck (Chris) of Winterset, IA; his grandchildren, JoLynn Thomas (Trevor), Jonna Bruney, Sean, Rory McDermott, Andrew, Kaylee Waterman, Lane, Sawyer and Shelby Finck; his great grandchild Zoey; and his aunts, Ruth Hewitt (Barr) and Mary Dammann (Barr).
