It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard D. Ratliff of Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Clarinda, Iowa, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bernard and Mary Elizabeth Ratliff (Simonton). He is survived by: his cousin Corinne Gilbert of Shenandoah, IA; and also, Bruce, Shelley Anderson and Hy-Vee.
