With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rex Hickman of Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Polo, Missouri, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Samuel and Flossie Hickman; his former wife Karen Hickman; his daughter-in-law Patricia Hickman; and his sisters, Colene Carver and Maxine Hickman.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robbie "Rob" Rex, Angela "Ann" Janine and Timothy "Tim" Patrick; his wife Luella Hayes of Shenandoah, IA.; his children, Rob Hickman of Lincoln, NE, Angela Hickman-Podany (Kevin) of Omaha, NE and Tim Hickman (Kareen) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Belinda Hickman (Nathan Hanmer) of Alaska and Conner Hickman-Podany of Omaha, NE; his great grandchildren, Rowan and Ronja Hanmer; and his stepchildren, Ron Hayes (Julie) and Cheryl Farrell (Bill).
