She was predeceased by: her parent Neva Forney; her husband Carl Czapla; and her siblings, Kathleen Sorenson, Winifred Archer and Chalmers Forney.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Pollock (Bruce) of Wexford, PA; her grandchildren, Amy Pollock (Emilio Esposito) of East Lansing, MI and Andrew Pollock (Kim) of Boulder, CO; her niece Rebecca White (Daryl) of Austin, TX; and her nephews, David Sorenson (Joan) of McHenry, IL and Dan Sorenson of Damascus, OR. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews; and lots of dear friends.
