With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Cerven in Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Clarinda, Iowa, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Damewood and Candace Damewood (Lathrop); her husband C. Duane Cerven; her grandson Sam Fletcher; her daughter-in-law Cyndi Cerven; and her brothers, Darrell, Bud, Eldon and Carrol Damewood.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Cerven, Deb Fletcher (Scott) and Darin Cerven (Mary Kate); her grandchildren, Evan Cerven (Kelsey), Seth Fletcher (Jackie Bradley), Jake Cerven (MacKenzie) and Kyle Cerven; her great grandchild Clark Cerven; her siblings, Eula Bennett (Gene) and Darwin Damewood; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hicks, Beverly McIntosh and Lorene Damewood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
