He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Lucille (Hayes) and Robert Henry Louis Herzberg; and his sisters, Janette Leahy and Barbara Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Susan Herzberg of Shenandoah; his children, Todd and Karri Herzberg; his grandsons, Ethan and Aaron; his daughter Michelle Harris (Scott); his grandson Adam; his children, Jamey and Dr. Sarah Herzberg; his grandchildren, Dietrich, Sayer and Sophie; his children, Aaron and Supawan Kincheloe; his granddaughter Tia; his son Matthew Pariziale; his grandchildren, Morgan, Gavin, Adriana and Sydney; his children, Gina and Matt Bellamy; his grandchildren, Penny and James Donald; and his siblings, Kirk Herzberg, Darrell Herzberg and Ellen Carver.
