It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Lee Boneschans Sr. (Sanborn, Iowa), who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Bertha Boneschans (Lyle); his wife Dorothy Margaret Warnke; his siblings, Don, Doug, Denny Boneschans and Joyce Fennel; his son Paul Boneschans; and his sons-in-law, Royce Van Westen and Phil Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Rose Vander Beek (Arlyn) of Edgeton, MN, Robert L. Boneschans, Jr. of Orange City, IA, Gordon Boneschans of Round Lake, MN and Peggy Johnson of Melvin, IA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
