He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kamp and Celia Vande Kamp (Vanden Berg); his spouse Loraine (Vanden Bosch); his great grandchildren, Brianna and Caritas; his siblings, Gerrit (Priscilla), Marvin Vande Kamp, George Vande Kamp and Geneva Vanden Bosch; and his siblings-in-law, Alfred De Jong, John T. Van Holland, Marvin (Nelmina Vanden Bosch) and Nina (Marvin Bolkema).
He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Kragt (Roger) of Bradenton; his grandchildren, Libby, Janel and Nathan; his daughter Sandy De Groot (Jerry) of Sioux Center; his grandchildren, Kim, Darren and Mark; his daughter Vickie Alons (Mike) of Sheldon; his grandchildren, Jon, Nick and Kristy; his son Hilbert Dean Vande Kamp (Leasa) of Coeur D'Alene; his grandchildren, Cassie, Kayla and Kevin; his son Larry Vande Kamp (Heidi) of Pella; his grandchildren, Jordan and Brandan; his siblings, Winnifred De Jong, Geraldine Van Holland, Celia, Allan Vande Kamp (Marlene), Vernon Vande Kamp (Leona) and Norma Nikkel (Nelson); and his siblings-in-law, Marla Vande Kamp, Harriet Vande Kamp, Sue Vande Kamp, Darla Vander Wilt and Leonard Vanden Bosch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
