She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Kuik and Sibea Kuik (Alkema); her husband Wilbur John Van Beek; her siblings, George Kuik and Dorothy Roos; her sons, Wayne, Calvin and Jerry Van Beek; her great grandchild Reegan Roelfs; and her parents-in-law, William and Jacoba Van Beek (Snip).
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Van Beek (Linda) of Hartley, Harlan Van Beek (Kris) of Sioux Falls and Brenda Balt (Jerry) of Sheldon, Iowa; and her daughters-in-law, Carmen Van Beek of Sioux Center, Dee Van Beek of Sheldon and Laura Van Beek of Sanborn, Iowa. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
