It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Etta Merriss (Rockford, Iowa), who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, August Stiller and Esther Stiller (Weaverling); her husband Richard Merriss (Tatter); and her brother Wesley Stiller. She is survived by: her close friend Mary Kay; her children, Netta Nelson (Steve Thome), Rick Merriss (Cindy) and Julie Joyner (Keith); her sister Patty Holtz (Dennis); and her sister-in-law Kay Stiller. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
