He is survived by: his son Dean (Alexis) of Wright City, Missouri; his wife Richardine Jackson; his mother Bonnie Heise of Fowler, Indiana; his siblings, Judy Betten (Jack) of Fowler, Indiana, Carol Meyer (Don) of North Branch, Minnesota, Mark Heise (Tammy) of West Branch, Iowa and Barb Arndt of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin; and also Betty Jo Maley of Clarinda, Iowa.
