It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald James Payer (Pocahontas, Iowa), who passed away on May 1, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Payer and Agnes Payer (Stoulil); his wife Judy Shaw; and his siblings, Doris Pickering, Bernice Noyes, Geraldine Jordan, John "Jack" and Ray Payer.

He is survived by: his brothers, Duane Payer (Shirley) of Centerville and Bob Payer (Patty) of Storm Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
