He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Page and Marie Page (Walsh); and his brother Robert Page. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Page (Evan); his wife Roxanne Page (Hagen); his children, Deborah Delzer (Darryl), David Page (Mecca), Patrick Page (Cynthia) and Darren Page (Amy); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Page (Dan Anderson). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
