He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunnar Anderson and LaVonne Anderson (Rezab); his wife Betty Anderson (Johnson); his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Merfeld, Dewey Groath and Chuck Harrington; and his parents-in-law, Donald, Joanne Johnson, Lloyd and Donna Larson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Anderson (Margaret), Sharon Merfeld, Bonnie Harrington and Patricia Peterson (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Carson (Jonathan), Tyson Anderson (Kelly), Rod Merfeld (Julie), Jeff Merfeld (Patricia), Jenny Helding (Eric), Lori McNally (Mike), Larry Larson, Lonnie Larson, Greg, Bruce Johnson and Paula Pilkington (Chuck); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Jonah, Isaiah Carson, Elijah Anderson, Gavin Helding and Abby Merfeld.
