He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Schotanus and Marion Schotanus (Adkins); his brother Dwight; his uncle Jerry Schotanus; and his aunt Patsy Schotanus.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory and Carole; his wife Judi Schotanus of Plymouth; his sisters, Connie and Mickey; and his uncle Jack Schotanus.
