He is survived by: his children, Kelsie Jodell Perry (Robert) of Plymouth and Ethan Lee Carlton Smith of Bushnell; and his siblings, Alma Hull, Mary Joyce Smith, Jimmy Fink (Nikki), Fred Smith, Janette Glines (David) and Barbara Shrum (Harold). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild.
