He is survived by: his wife Nancy Slotten of Otho; his children, Christopher Slotten (Amanda) of Minneapolis and Jennifer Slotten of Otho; his grandchildren, Jordan (Breanna), Megan, Noelle, Morgan and Ben; his great grandchild Alexa; his siblings, Gerald Slotten (Sharon) of Mesa, AZ and Eula Jean Stanberg of Otho; and his mother-in-law Norma Eastman of Otho.
