He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Gunsallus; and his brother Kevin Gunsallus. He is survived by: his fiancée Beth Weaverling of Osage; his father James Gunsallus of Osage; and his sister Venita Chezik (Denis) of Osage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
