She was predeceased by: her father Darrell "Shorty" Sletten; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Blake, Tom Blake and Dean Blake. She is survived by: her husband David Blake of Osage; her children, Stephanie Blake (Kevin Gore) of Berkeley, California and Steven Blake of Osage; her mother Shirley Sletten of Osage; and her brother Rick Sletten (Sue) of Osage. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
