He is survived by: his mother Anita Hulburt (Boll); his aunt Janis Lindsey; his uncles, Glen Curless and John Boll; and his cousins, Matthew Curless, Stefanie Moccero, Ryan Lindsey, Adam Lindsey, Ben Lindsey, Barb Schultz, Jim Boll, Karen Engel, Kristen Reid and Kent Ulrich. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and many, many friends.
