She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Matlock and Ruth Matlock (Blanks); and her siblings, William Matlock Jr., Ruth Ann Ricker and Gibb Matlock.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. John William "Bill" Holtze (Mary) of Ann Arbor, MI, Robin Mahan of Kerrville, TX and Andrea Waitt Carlton (Rick) of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Carla Cell (Bob), Colin Holtze (Kate), Bill Holtze, Eliza Mahan, Samuel Waitt and Wesley Carlton; and her sister-in-law Mary Jo Matlock.
Donations may be given to the First Presbyterian Church in Spirit Lake.
