He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Krenzer; and his niece Colleen Rosso. He is survived by: his wife Karen Krenzer of Oakland; his daughter Jacki Krenzer of Council Bluffs; his siblings-in-law, Sandy and Richard Rosso; and his niece Rebecca Tenis (Chris).

The family will direct memorial contributions.
