He is survived by: his parents, Heidi Weilage (Nilan) of Malvern, IA and Harold Hoffmann Jr. of Oakland, IA; his grandparents, Gary, Merry Beth Nilan of Oakland, IA, Bonnie Hoffmann of Hancock, IA and Bonnie Weilage of Council Bluffs, IA; his siblings, Holden Hoffmann (Catherine) of Oakland, IA and Hunter Hoffmann of Oakland, IA; his stepsiblings, Danae Gleason (Eric) of Ankeny, IA, Jake Weilage of Glenwood, IA, Haley Fields (Josh) of Griswold, IA and Sierra Weilage of Griswold, IA; his nieces and nephews, Wacey, River, Aleah, Levi, Adalynn, William and Lillian; and his aunts and uncles, Robin Bennett (Kyle) of Schaller, IA, Missy Whitfield (Kyle) of Nowata, OK, Patricia Hoffmann of Des Moines, IA, Monica Martin (Pat) of Avoca, IA, Shad Weilage of Polk City, IA and Scott Weilage (Grace) of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
