He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J "Jake" Parker and Ethel Parker (Rogers); his wife Lois; his son Bob Parker; and his siblings, Leland, Virgil, Melvin, Don, Lois Seering and Arlene Singleman.

He is survived by: his son Tom (Terry Parker); his daughter-in-law Rae Parker; his grandchildren, Kim Ordaz (Mauricio), Cory Parker (Shannon), Chad Parker and Derek Parker; and his sister Dorothy Edwards.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
