It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Irene Sherman (New Hartford, Iowa), who passed away on July 16, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Debuhr and Ethel Debuhr (Luck); her daughter Mary Sue Johnson; and her sister Nettie Eurom. She is survived by: her former husband Roy Johnson; her husband Leonard Sherman; her sons, Duane Johnson (Carolyn) of Parkersburg, Larry Johnson (Mary) of Clarksville, Stanley Johnson (Lynne) of New Hartford and Steven Johnson (Shelly) of New Hartford; her stepdaughter Linda Powers of Cedar Falls, Iowa; and her siblings, John "Bud" Debuhr of New Hartford, Iowa, Eva Jones of Western Home and Cedar Falls. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; numerous great and great-grandchildren.
