She is survived by: her children, Charles Hines (Renae) of Forest City, IA, James Hines of New Hampton, IA, Kimberley Shanahan of Springfield, MO and Zoe Hines of Nixa, MO; her grandchildren, Kimberley Pulley, Eddie (Yanette), Nathan Summerfield (Jaclyn), Travis Shanahan, Cassandra Schulze (Steven), Charles Jesse Hines, Meghan Bochek, John (Cassie), Whitney Hines, Kendra Sebesta (Mark), Nicholas, Mikaela Hines and Joseph Verchota; her great grandchildren, Logan, Dresden Summerfield, Charles Hayden, Harper Schulze, Hunter, Parker Bochek, Alex and Rebecca Hines; and her sister Iris Pitkin of Charles City, IA..
