He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Jr. Grismore and Patricia Ann Grismore (McCarty); his siblings, Nelson Grismore and Kimberly Anne Grismore; his parents-in-law, Charles and Belle Burr; and his brother-in-law Charles Burr.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Nevada; his children, Jay Grismore (Amanda) and Melissa Upchurch (Seth); his grandchildren, Rylee, Ross, Charlie Upchurch, Carter, Grant and Monroe Grismore; his sisters, Belinda Jay (Randy), Mary Rupe and Pam North (Rick); his stepparents, Mark Larson and Marge Grismore; his children, Frank, Mary Fayer, Doug Pierce, Laura and Richard Devrick; and his siblings-in-law, Grace Thies (Galen), John Burr (Kathy), Barb Coleman (Tom) and Pamela Grismore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
