He is survived by: his parents, Kimberlie Heath Kessel of Letts and Jess Heath-Kessel; his brothers, Seth Alan Kessel and Spencer Jo Kessel; his grandparents, Dwight, Zeeta Kessel, Alan, Barbara Heath and Joan Salek; and his great-grandparent Pearl Salek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, in care of Kim Kessel for wildlife management .
