She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Zaehringer and Esther Zaehringer (Hintermeister); her husband Charles Lewis; her daughter-in-law Lori Lewis; and her siblings, Don, Dick, Ralph, Clyde, Lyle, Virgil Zaehringer, Eugene O'Brien, Grace DeVore, Florence Hohenadel and Edith Cocklin.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Lewis of Muscatine, Charles "Bub" Lewis (Kathy) of Fruitland and Craig (Ronda) of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Charlie Lewis (Shannon), Rodney Kirk (Nancy), Stephanie Birkinbine (Jason), Nick Lewis and Jessica Neblung (Ben); her great grandchildren, Damian, Chaz, Dakota, Savannah, Chale, Elsie, Sophie, Bentley, Wilson and Cooper; and her sisters-in-law, Twyla O'Brien, Bonnie Lewis, Valli Lewis and Theda Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
