He was predeceased by: his parents, James Payne and Kathleen Payne (Burkett). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his daughters, Erin Christiansen (Cory) and Anna Payne; his grandchildren, Emarie and Bryn Christiansen; and his siblings, Linda Williams (Craig), Dan Payne (Mona) and Becky Hamilton (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, and friends.
