He is survived by: his former wife Alice L. Lisk; his wife Teresa Brewer; his children, Frank Chatfield (Melinda), James Ferrell, Rebecca Hansohn (Jeff) of Greenville, TX and Shaylyn Hake (Tyson) of Muscatine; and his sister Sandra Evans of Donahue, IA.
