She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bergquist and Henrietta Bergquist (Mohler); her husband Larry Cook; and her siblings, Denny, Sandy Bergquist and Dee Dabney.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Cook (Brenda) and Rhonda Eden (Justin); her grandchildren, KayLeigh Cook, Danielle Cook, Samantha Spitznogle (Jesse), Austin Cook and Kael Cook; her stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Brandon, Kody, Ashli and Nathan; and her brothers, Elmer Dean Bergquist (Oenita) and Bob Cook (Alta). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Elaine's name.
