She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Clark and Jacqueline Clark (Croegaert); and her husband Roger. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Durborow of Muscatine and Russell Roser of West Liberty; and her sister Pamela Clark (Joe Codgill) of Muscatine. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Debra's name.
