He is survived by: his spouse Rhonda Kerr; his significant other Nina Hernandez of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Eli Hernandez and Eva Hernandez; his former wife Rhonda Woods of Wayland; his children, Jeremiah Johnson (Joann) of Washington, Dayna Johnson of Washington, David Allen Woods II of Chicago and Noah Woods of Wayland; his grandchildren, Brehannah, Dylan, Rhonda, Milee Doonan and Magnolia Cole; his siblings, Allen Woods Jr. of Iowa City, Suzan David (Brent) of Tennessee, Mary Hesser (Mindi) of Washington and Robert Woods (Karen) of Wisconsin; and also, Michelle Hernandez of Muscatine and Oscar Hernandez of Muscatine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
