She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Sedwick and Elmer Sedwick; her husband William J. Jacobs; and her children, Kendall Jacobs and Jennifer Chitwood.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Rash (Melvin), Phyllis Wilson and Dan Sedwick (Kay); her son-in-law Robert Chitwood; and her grandchildren, Ian Jacobs, Kylie Clenden (James), Torie Bolender, Michael Chitwood, Steven Chitwood and Tara Chitwood. She is also survived by great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
