He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira O. Morgan and Betty Howard Morgan; his sister-in-law Susan Morgan; his parents-in-law, Betty and Earl Cochran; his stepmother-in-law Ida Cochran; his stepsister Debbie; and his brother-in-law Tim Begey.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Anne Cochran Morgan; his children, Andrew Morgan and Angela O'Brien (Stanford); his grandchildren, Matthew Morgan, Drew Morgan, Lexie Morgan, Looney O'Brien, Madison Espinoza, Harold O'Brien, Bradley O'Brien, Crystale O'Brien, Jon O'Brien, Bella O'Brien and Zach O'Brien; his great grandchildren, Xavier, Xeyndren, Xailey, Ryland, Adalynn, Amberlynn, Myla, Ivyanna and Eleanor; his brothers, Bruce Morgan (Karen) of Washington, Ira Morgan (Lori) of Muscatine, Todd Morgan of Muscatine and Eric Morgan (Brenda) of Muscatine; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Cochran (Carol) of Wapello and Steve Bansleben of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
