It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Dahl (Mason City, Iowa), who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dahl and Gladys Dahl (Messenger) of Manly, IA.; his wife Violet Myre; his siblings, Miriam Boyce (John) and Hubert Dahl (Vivian); and his siblings-in-law, Gene Sankey, Viola Lonergan (Pete), Hazel Sime (Arnold), Marcella Smith (Pat) and Alyce Brunsvold (Marvell).
He is survived by: his children, Darla Westling (Larry) of Mason City, IA, Tina Piper (Todd) of Sedalia, CO, Steven Dahl (Irene) of Prior Lake, MN and David Dahl (Cindy) of Mason City, IA; his grandchildren, Nicole Martin, Jaime Todd (Jay), Craig Westling, Marc Westling, Robert Birke, Christopher Birke (Megan), David Birke (Andrea), Casey Dahl (Ryan), Ryan Dahl (Nikki), Katie Rush (Aaron), Andrea Piper, Rachelle Piper and Brock Piper; his sisters, Joan Theilen (Robert) and Marie Sankey; and also Viola (Pete Lonergan).
