He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Madden and Regina Madden (Hogan); his wife Eleanor Agnes Malloy; and his daughter-in-law Debra Jameson. He is survived by: his children, Ann Madden Rice, Steven Joseph Madden and Lynne Madden Westfall (Jim); his grandchildren, Katherine Rice Warnell (Garrett), Charlotte Rice Wielage (Jeffrey), Kole Thomas Westfall and Amelia Westfall; his great grandchildren, Greta Rose Warnell and Martin Thomas Warnell; and his sister Regina Bamrick (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
