He is survived by: his mother Diana Hobbs (Stricker) of Mason City, IA.; his children, Josh Hobbs and Angie Hobbs; his grandchildren, Emberleigh, Wyatt and Kaizen; his sisters, Debra Hobbs-Overland (Brian) and Mindy Hanson (Tim); his aunts, Sandee Pals (Arlin), Cindy Smith (Brian), Sue Johnson and Wanda Stricker; his nephew Cody Overland; and his nieces, Nora Hanson and Autumn Overland.
