He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Proscovec and Phyllis Proscovec; his grandparents, Clyde and Viola Baker; his parents-in-law, Gene and Twyla Eldridge; his stepmother-in-law Cleo Eldridge; his brothers-in-law, Dale Hertel, Bob, Randal, Dick and Ron Eldridge; his nephew Chad Eldridge; and his niece Keri Retterath.
He is survived by: his daughter Candy Proscovec (Ben); his wife Shari Eldridge; his granddaughters, Amaya, Adriela Alberto and Jessica Alberto (Quinten); his daughter Angie Dickinson (Rod); his sister Debbie Hertel; his siblings-in-law, Rod Eldridge, Judy Eldridge (Krause), Donna Eldridge and Terry Eldridge; and his grandchildren, Angel Thompson (Codi), Skyler, Lilly and Zander Dickinson. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
