She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Bielefeld and Charles Adrian Bielefeld; her husband Merny Smith (Merlyn); her son Merle; and her siblings, Chuck, Bill, Walt, Darl Bielefeld and JoAnn Smith (Warren Smith).
She is survived by: her brother Pat; her daughter Ava; her son-in-law Mike Rezab; her grandson Matt Rezab; and her sister-in-law Ruby Smith.
