He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Hoffman and Helen Hoffman (Hoff) of St. Ansgar; and his sister Anita DeBoer. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ekelund; his children, Jeremiah (Kim), Angela (Andy) and Ashley (Todd); his grandchildren, Layla, Mitchell, Raelynn and Preston; his brothers, Randy Hoffman (Kari) and Dale Hoffman (Lynda); and his pet Riley.
