He is survived by: his sister Becky; his sons, Nicholas David and Nathaniel James; his wife Kimberly Windmuller (Agan); his children, Nick Windmuller (Marcella) of Roseville, Nate Windmuller (Kristin) of Lake Villa and Kathryn Shalkowski (Marc) of Ankeny, Iowa; his grandchildren, Angus, Bowen Windmuller, Chase and Blake Shalkowski; his sisters, Rebecca Christianson (John) of Green Bay, Carolyn Watters (John) of Milam and Kathleen Ford of Inman; and his mother-in-law Janette Agan of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
