He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanine Shinn (Plagge); and his sister Sue Seidel. He is survived by: his brother David Lennie; and his stepchildren, James Shinn (Robyn) of Mason City, Angela Bartusek (Joe) of Mason City and Amber Kenjar (John) of Mason City.
